Episode 1: Unto The
Breach
|
|
Starfleet encroaches in on romulan territory and the romulan empire declares
war against mankind. Newly promoted Captain Stiles is given the new Yorktown
class starship. The Yorktown is sent out to investagate the raids on starfleet
outposts and winds up getting into the front lines of the fight. They discover
that the romulans have an enormous dreadnaught capable of making entire planets
un-inhabitable. But, little do they know, there is a romulan spy aboard and the
ship is plagued with problems.

As the Yorktown sits helpless in space, the chief engineer
takes shuttlepods to
Outpost 7 to get needed supplies for repairs
and walks into more than he counted on.

Encoded radio signals are picked up and 2 Romulan gunboats
are found in the sexton system by units of Starfleet’s 12th squadron.
Communications are cut off and the Yorktown is sent to investigate finding one
of the romulan vessels mostly intact with a bomb that should have went off.
Plus Samuels is found to have caught a deadly infection on "The Outpost".
